1. Terms and Conditions for Purchases
1.1 General Terms
1. All KSOL products and services are strictly non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or assigned to any other individual.
2. The purchase of KSOL products and services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.
3. Errors & Omissions Excepted (E&OE): KSOL makes every effort to ensure accuracy in all published materials, including course descriptions, pricing, and service details. However, KSOL reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions without prior notice.
4. All KSOL products and services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Users are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or using any KSOL content for commercial gain, training, or business purposes without explicit written permission from KSOL.
1.2 Online Product Purchase
1. Payment: Payment for the KSOL GCSE course must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Refund Policy:
- Refund requests will only be accepted within 14 days from the course start date.
- No refunds will be issued after this period.
- Refunds will only cover the amount paid for the product and will not include any additional costs incurred by the user.
3. Processing of Refunds: KSOL will aim to issue refunds within 30 days of confirming the user request.

Missing Course Material:
- Any missing material must be identified and reported to KSOL within 24 hours of delivery or the next working day.
- Failure to report missing materials within this timeframe may result in KSOL declining to provide replacements.
6. Purchasing: By purchasing KSOL products or services, the user agrees to the stated refund and cancellation policies. Any attempts to reverse payment via chargeback or dispute without valid reason may result in legal action and the suspension of access to all KSOL services. KSOL reserves the right to recover any chargeback fees and associated costs.

KSOL does not guarantee that any student will achieve a specific grade, pass their GCSE exams, or obtain any particular result. Exam performance depends on various factors, including individual effort, study habits, external influences, and independent learning.
2.2 No Warranty on Course Material
1. The KSOL GCSE course is intended for supplementary learning purposes only.
2. KSOL makes no representations or warranties that the material provided:
- Is exhaustive, error-free, or up-to-date.
- Is aligned with any specific GCSE exam board syllabus.
- Will be included in any GCSE exam taken in England.
3. Exam boards may change their specifications at any time, and KSOL is not responsible for ensuring course content reflects such changes.
4. The information provided in KSOL courses, including but not limited to study materials, mock exams, and telephone support, is for general educational purposes only. KSOL does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. Users are responsible for their own interpretations and actions based on the provided content.
2.3 Supplementary Support Only
1. KSOL GCSE courses are not a substitute for formal school education, official textbooks, or accredited exam board resources.

2.4 Restricted Use

- Violating KSOL’s Terms and Conditions, including Intellectual Property rules.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing KSOL staff, students, or other users in any form (e.g., verbal, written, digital).
- Making defamatory, false, or misleading statements about KSOL in any public or private forum, including social media.
- Attempting to manipulate, alter, or disrupt KSOL’s digital platforms, assessments, or materials.

2.5 Limitation of Liability
1. KSOL, its employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

- Financial loss.
- Any reliance placed on the course material.
- Loss of data, business opportunities, or any intangible losses.
2. Maximum Liability:
- KSOL’s total liability for any claims arising from the purchase or use of the course shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the course.
- Users acknowledge that this limitation of liability is a fair and reasonable allocation of risk.
3. No Responsibility for External Factors:
- KSOL shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Internet or technical failures.
- System maintenance, updates, or modifications.
- A force majeure event includes but is not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or other unforeseeable events beyond KSOL’s control that prevent course delivery.
4. Users are responsible for ensuring they have suitable internet access, compatible devices, and necessary software to use KSOL’s services. KSOL is not responsible for any access issues, connectivity failures, or device incompatibility.
2.6 Intellectual Property
1. All KSOL course materials—including but not limited to videos, quizzes, worksheets, and lesson plans—are the intellectual property of KSOL.
2. Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Copying, reproducing, or distributing course materials without written permission.
- Modifying or reverse-engineering any KSOL content.
- Users are strictly prohibited from using any KSOL content for AI model training, automated data extraction, or commercial resale in any form.
2.7 Course Modifications
KSOL reserves the right to modify, update, or withdraw course content at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the course after any modifications will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
2.8 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing KSOL’s services, purchasing a course, or using any KSOL material, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions. Users acknowledge that failure to review these Terms does not exempt them from compliance.

3. Errors & Omissions Excepted (E&OE): KSOL strives for accuracy in all website content, including pricing and course details. However, KSOL does not accept liability for minor errors and reserves the right to correct inaccuracies at any time.
3.2 Fair Use Policy
1. KSOL provides telephone support under a Fair Use Policy, limiting:
- Call duration to 10 minutes per call.
- Maximum 2 support calls per student per week.
2. KSOL reserves the right to limit excessive support usage.
3.3 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from KSOL services must be brought exclusively before the courts of England and Wales. Users from outside the UK acknowledge that no foreign laws or jurisdictions will apply to KSOL services.
2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
3. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing formal legal action. Mediation shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of a UK-recognised mediation body.
